How long does shipping take for domestic orders?

Standard shipping typically takes 3 to 7 business days. We also offer expedited shipping options at checkout if you need your travel gear sooner.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return window for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that a return shipping fee may be deducted from your refund.

Do CALPAK products come with a warranty?

Yes, our luggage and bags come with a limited warranty ranging from 1 to 2 years depending on the collection, covering manufacturer defects in materials and workmanship.

How do I clean and maintain my CALPAK luggage?

For hardshell luggage, we recommend using a soft cloth with warm water and mild soap. For fabric interiors and soft-sided bags, spot cleaning with a damp cloth is best.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we ship to the United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our shipping capabilities to more international destinations in the near future.
